Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alan Reuter (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 89, on February 28, 2020. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertha Reuter and Charles Reuter; his wife Doris Reuter; his children, Nancy Przybylko (Edward Allen), Donna Schaefer (Gregory) and Gary Reuter (Karen); his grandchildren, Zachary Przybylko, Katie Schaefer and Daniel Schaefer; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Mutimer, Bill Shilton, Chuck Reuter, John Ruckstuhl and Jennifer Bariso.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Foundation , National Kidney Foundation , or South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church The family would like to thank the St. Andrews Community, South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church Community, Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, and the doctors and nurses of Atrium Mercy's ICU and 4 North.
