He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie James Todd and Bessie Mae Laviner Todd; and his siblings, James Dale Todd and Vickie Dawn Newton. He is survived by: his wife Leona Youell Todd; his children, James Leslie Hall, William Wesley Hall of Pinebluff, NC, Linda Dianne Hayes and Mary Elizabeth Newell of Ellijay, GA; his sister Betsy Ann Odum (Glen) of Wagram; his grandsons, John Ladehoff and David Alvarez; his great grandchild Keara Ladehoff; his uncle Frank Laviner; and his aunts, Faye Howard and Evelyn Luther. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel (13640 Andrew Jackson Hwy, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Cemetery. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Spring Hill Cemetery.
