He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Goodwin of Raleigh, Joshua Goodwin of Raleigh and Jacob Goodwin of Wagram; and his siblings, Tony Goodwin of Marston, Lynn Emanuel of Red Springs and Crystal Goodwin of Laurinburg.
