She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Mills and Clennie Mills; her husband James Layton High; her son Ronald High; and her siblings, Billy Mills, Marvin Mills, Ethel Helms and Eloise Mills.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Rasti (Shahram) and Brenda High; her grandchildren, Reza Rasti (Jessica), Mina Rasti and Amir Rasti; and her great grandchildren, Selah Rose and Reza Jeremiah (RJ). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
