He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Woodrow Mills and Gladys Hilton Mills. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Faulkner Mills; his children, David Mills (Tami) and Kathy Mills Helms; his grandchildren, Daniel Mills (Stephanie), Clint Mills, Amanda Mills Carter (Will), Jeffery Helms (Casey) and Tyler Helms; his siblings, Francis Mills, Brenda Deese, Barbara Ross and Johnny Mills; and his sister-in-law Joyce Bowers. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
