He is survived by: his mother Joann Self Helms; his children, Sheila Jones (Sven Jones) and Jimmy Helms (Jessica Helms); his stepchildren, Lindsay Reeves and Amanda Griffin; his grandchildren, Tiffany Starr, Jaden Jones, Mia Jones, Jace Helms and Waylon Helms; his brother Michael Helms (Tammy Helms); his uncle Ray Helms; his cousin Scott Helms; and his nieces and nephews, Dianne Lacroix, Alexis Viracola, Joseph Viracola, Emma Dellinger, Gretchen Helms, Peyton Helms, Ashley Helms and Balli Viracola Brown. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends.
