He was predeceased by: his parents, David Nance and Lizzie Nance; his son Mark Nance; his siblings, Johnny Nance, Helen Nance Davis and Marie Nance Baucom; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Deese and Jimmy Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Nance; his children, Sherry Nance Territo (David) and Mike Nance (Cathy); his daughter-in-law Melonie Nance; his grandchildren, Camron Nance (Brittany), Colby Nance (Amber), Chase Nance (Leanne), Rachel Nance and William Nance; his siblings, Atlas Nance (Shirley), Mary Nance Deese, Henry Nance (Betty) and Bonnie Nance Edwards; and his siblings-in-law, Alan Baucom and Loretta Nance. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Fairfield Community Church (7208 Olive Branch Rd, Marshville, NC 28103). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fairfield Community Baptist Church.
