She is survived by: her husband Chris Courtney; her children, Billi Starnes and Greg Starnes (Stacy); her stepsons, Justin Courtney (Blair) and Joshua Courtney (Emily); her grandchildren, AJ Starnes, Leejon Tadlock, Julia Martin (Leslie), Jonathan Starnes and Brianna Zike; her great grandchildren, Mathieu Zike, Gunnar Courtney, Grant Courtney, Hayden Courtney and Camryn Courtney; her siblings-in-law, Sheree Jenkins, Robin Usher and Tracy Courtney (Sharon); and her father-in-law Dwight Courtney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
