He is survived by: his children, Gail Crump (Mike), Kim Renee Smith, Lee Smith (Alechia) and Doug Smith; his grandchildren, Chad Rushing, Kayla Rushing, Rebecca Crump, Brittany Powell (Jonathon), Garett Horne (Brittany), Anthony Smith, Aaron Smith, Carey Dennis (J. C.), Jessica Smith, Jacob Smith and Nikki Smith; and his siblings, Nancy Miller, Buck Smith and Brenda Poplin.
