She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Hilton and Eliza Strawn Hilton; her husband Henry F. Ross; her daughter Brenda Sue Ross; her grandchildren, Ross Price and Madison Ross; and her son-in-law Ralph Valentine.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ross Valentine of Concord, Donna Ross Wood (Abe) of Mt. Gilead and Kim F. Ross (Jane) of Wingate; her grandchildren, Toss Valentine (Meredith), Carolyn Valentine, Becky Ross, John Valentine (Katrina), Brittany Ross Bradshaw (Aaron) and Evan Ross; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Price, Stuart Valentine, Oliver Valentine, Henry Valentine and Emma Grace Valentine.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Marshville City Cemetery (1017 NC-205, Marshville, NC 28103).
