He was predeceased by: his parents, Monnie Fulcher and Vienna Fulcher; his former wife Ailene Fulcher; and his brothers, Monnie Fulcher Jr., Grady Fulcher, Winston Fulcher, Wesley Fulcher and Roland Fulcher.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Fulcher; his sons, Tim Ray Fulcher (Becky) of Morehead City and William Paul Fulcher (Carol) of Virginia Beach, VA; his stepdaughter Danielle Saunders (Billy) of Port Orange, FL; and his grandchildren, Trisha, Laura, Tiffany, Kaitlyn, Britany and Michael.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Association.
