It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Franklin Boone (Marshall, North Carolina), who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Oscar and Maude Leigh Presnell Boone; his siblings, Bruce Boone, Jack Boone, Ernest Boone of Marshall, Bertie Sams of Asheville, Beulah Brown of Shelby, Bonnie Gosnell of Marshall, Birma Sawyer of Swannanoa and Bethel Ammons of Weaverville; and his granddaughter Tiffany LeAnn Coates.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Boone.
