He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Troy Meadows and Annie Davis Meadows; his sister Louise Littrell; his brother-in-law Dennis Payne; his wife Patty Tipton Meadows; his daughter Annie Meadows; his grandchildren, Addison Meadows, Brayden Harron, Braylee Harron and Kynzlee Parker; his siblings, Pat Meadows Goforth (Billy), Barbara Meadows Payne and Richard Meadows (Lois); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Meadows, Alvin Littrell, Tammy "Tams" Payne, Sandra Taylor, Brenda Harwood, Luann Meadows, Glenda Moore and Nancy Silvers. He was also cherished by six step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren.
