She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Ray and Janice Nelson; and her brother Donnie Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Howell; and her close friends, Joni Ellis, Tammy Cody and Vanessa "Voe" Fisher. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
