He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Goldsmith and Bessie Helton Goldsmith; his wife Martha Lee Witt Goldsmith; his son Ronnie Craig Goldsmith; his siblings, Charles Bud Barnett, Jimmy Barnett and Effie "Lee" Willis; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Witt, Jerry Witt, Danny Witt and Barbara Witt.
He is survived by: his son Stacey Goldsmith (Alisa); his grandchildren, Michael Goldsmith (Julie), Brad Goldsmith (Brandy), Jessica McCraw (Mac) and Caleb Bucklew; his great grandchildren, Andie, Emma Goldsmith and Isla Effie McCraw; his brother David Barnett (Helen); and his siblings-in-law, Tiller Witt (Karen), Eddie Witt (Tina), Linda Barnett, Chris Barnett and Carla Wright. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
