He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Owen and Annette Moore Forkey; his wife Linda M. Forkey; his siblings, Ann Cerda (Frank) of Phoenix, AZ and Wade Forkey (Chris) of York, PA; his nieces, Gina Gardner (John) and Jennifer Cerda; his nephew Paco Cerda (Katie); and his great-niece Frankie.
