It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Nyoka Barton of Marshall, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Rebecca Mae Galloway Holden; her brother Dennis Holden; her husband Morris Barton; her son Johnny Barton; and her grandson Michael Rogers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Lueke of Woodfield, OH and Bobby Holden of Woodruff, SC; and her daughters, Rebecca Suddeth of Rosman, Barbara Rogers of Brevard and Jennifer Kilpatrick of Marshall. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
