She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ernest Vaughn and Sadie Leona Wells Vaughn; and her sister Betty Jean Vaughn Gillespie. She is survived by: her brother-in-law James Jennings Gillespie; and her cousins, Margaret Carolyn Frisbee (Ronnie) and Ruth Ann Brown (David).
