She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Philips and Chloe Ramsey Philips; her husbands, Brown Norton and Fred Bradley; her siblings, Glen, Edward, Fred, Dewey, Bernard, Willy, Nola and Christine; her grandson Raegan Norton; and her son-in-law Harlon Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Buster Norton (Jessie), Nellie Shelton and Mason Norton (Debbie); her brothers, Levi and James Philips; her sister-in-law Christian Coates; her grandchildren, Eddie (Stephanie), Paul (Jessy), Kelly, Jill (Tim), Amy (Will), Crystal (Jason) and Kendra (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Haylee, Hollie, Hayden, Max, Lilly, Leah, Henry, Samantha, Easton, Kristen, Lee, Cooper, Cullen and Kenley; and her great great grandchildren, Houston and Esther.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arrington Baptist Church (475 Arrington Branch Rd, Marshall, NC 28753). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
