He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheryl Lynne Hawkins Snuffer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harper Hawkins; his daughter Patricia Ann Hawkins; his brother Howell Lawrence Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Rashelle Lynne Owenby, Austin Kyle Snuffer and Jared Chase Snuffer.
