He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Jackson and Peggy Anne Garner. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bridges Garner of Asheville, NC; his children, Kevin Garner (Susan) of Nashville, TN and Lee Garner II (Sonya) of Clyo, GA; his grandchildren, Madison, Makenzie, Garrett, Whitley, Amy and Jerris; and his siblings, Melody Smith (David) and Jack Garner (Kimberly). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
