It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Elizabeth Stratton Harris of Marshall, North Carolina, born in Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stratton and Trula Foster Stratton; her son Henry Harris; and her sister Bernice Satterfield. She is survived by: her husband Joe Austin Harris; her sons, David Stratton (Darlene) and Robert "Mitch" Jones (Shirley); and her brother Johnny Kincaid. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
