He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harley and Cassie Brackins Fender; and his brother-in-law Billy Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Belva Suttle Fender; his son Kenneth Fender, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Erica Jerome (Tim), Forrest Fender (Ashly), Shelby Workman, Jacob Truitt, Joshua Truitt and Harley Fender; his great grandchild Elliot Workman; and his siblings, Tootsie Gunter (Ronald), Jake Fender (Pat), Marilyn Myers (Mike) and Shirley Lowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
