It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Roberts (Marshall, North Carolina), who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathy Roberts to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Chandler; her brothers, Harvey Chandler, Donnie Chandler and Calvin Chandler; her nephew Donnie Chandler; her aunt Barbara Ingle; and her uncles, Roy Gosnell, Frank Gosnell, Arthur Gosnell and Junior Gosnell.

She is survived by: her parent Effie Gosnell Chandler; her daughter Amy Howell (Chris Parvin); her granddaughter Megan Parvin of Kingsport; her brothers, Charles Chandler and Clinton Chandler; her aunts, Ester Mae Chandler and Mary Jo Cody; her sister-in-law Missy Chandler; her cousins, Doreen Price, Penny Green, Gail Gosnell, Lynn Chandler, Alisha Ballard, Irene Sams and Sherry Lee Chandler; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Wallin (Kenny) of Akron, Sabrina Shelton of Akron, Jessica Ball (Marty) of Akron, Christy Chandler of Akron, Dewayne Chandler (Kayla) of Akron and Allen Chandler of Akron.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Blue Ridge Funeral Service to help with funeral expenses.
