It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Lee Burleson (Marshall, North Carolina), who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Robert and Ethel Mae Smith Burleson; and his uncle Jim Burleson. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Burleson (Dawn) and Heather Chandley (Shane); his siblings, Eugene Burleson (Marylee), Rosie Brazeale (Eddie), Ronnie Burleson (Linda), Kay Coomer (Buster), Landon Burleson (Sonya), Roger Burleson and Louise Gaze; and his cousin Bobby Burleson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
