He is survived by: his wife Wanda Gale Eads Ponder; his daughter Joan Gavin (Tim); and his stepchildren, Ted Sprinkle, Jr., Roger Sprinkle and Katherine Gale Stewart (Paul). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous friends.
