He is survived by: his siblings, John Winker, Barbara Edwards (Manuel Edwards) and Cathy Ledford; his sister-in-law Cindy Winker; his nephews, Nicholas and Justin; his children, Jimmy Winker (Stephanie Winker) and Christina Winker; and his grandchildren, Jaylyn, Valerie, Hank and Charlie. He is also survived by wives and children.
