He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Huel Fox and Katie Carter Fox; his former wife Carolyn Adams Fox; and his siblings, Martha Cudd, Teddy and Arnold Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Fox; his daughters, Kathy Behtz (Thom) and Carol Fox (Jennifer); his stepson Michael Briggs (Jennie Ann); his grandchildren, Emily Ann Behtz and Erin Elizabeth Behtz; and his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Grace Phillips (Blake), Weldon Davis Briggs and Wesley Parker Briggs.
