He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Moore and Carrie Moore; and his brother Roger D. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Hunter Moore; his children, Rhonda Merrill (Eric), Ann Moore, Sam Moore (Kelli) and John Moore (Sarah); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maddie, Molly Moore, Bailey Merrill and Sarah Caldwell; and his nieces, Sonya DeBruhl, Shelly Buckner, Lisa Payne and Kim Miller.
