He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Benard Wild and Agnes Slagle Wild; and his great grandchild Buck Henry Wild. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Peek Wild; his children, Terri Lynn Neff and Nathan D. Wild; his grandchildren, Sara Neff, Michael Neff, McKenna Parker (Ty), Pamela Releford (Shelbi), Colton Wild (Graci) and Charlie Wild; his great grandchildren, Sadie Jayne Parker and Calli Louise Wild; and his sisters, Naomi Metcalf (late Hal) and Iva Caldwell (Bill).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Madison Funeral Services (1750 NC-213, Marshall, NC 28753). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
