He was predeceased by: his mother Robbie Rogers Treadway; and his brother Frank L. Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Rice Treadway; his daughters, Debbie Krenzer, Linda Brown and Robin Smith (Shawn) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Kenneth Clay Treadway (Brandie), Justin Clay Lyvers (Christina), Samantha Nichols (Ryan) and Shelby Smith; his sister Audrey Pruitt; and his sister-in-law Patty Treadway. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
