She is survived by: her mother Nancy Jean Hayes of Hampton; her husband Fred Nichols Jr.; her children, Emily Schuring (Daniel Schuring), Tyler Nichols (Ciara Bottomly), Alex Nichols, Dennis Nichols and Abigail Nichols (Zack Haenlein); her grandchildren, Eliana Schuring, Atlas Schuring, Osha Bottomly and Ruby Eliza Nichols; her siblings, Butch Hayes (Mary), Greg Hayes (Jamie) and Gayle Friesz (Jeff); and her nieces and nephews, Nikki Williams, Neil Friesz, Krystal Hayes, Kyle, Katie Sullivan, Nick and Ali Pennington.
