She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Byrd and Luna Farr Byrd; and her siblings, Hester Herman, Woodrow Byrd and Harold Byrd.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene McCall; her children, Marvin McCall (Sherry) and Gaynell Brigman (Rodney); her sister Nell Koonts; her grandson Christopher Shane McCall (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Bryson McCall, Samuel David McCall and Sophia Grace McCall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
