He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ballard Webb; his sister Susan Williams (Eddie) of Charlotte; his niece Carla Jung (Christoph); his great-nephews, Jonathan and Joshua of Switzerland; his brothers-in-law, Dave Ballard (Phyllis) and Carl Ballard (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Ballard Spagnuolo (Joe), Christine Ballard Capps (Wally), Brian Ballard (Patricia) and Jeremy Ballard (Anita); and his pets, Hannah and Bella.
