She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Ballew; and her parents, Marion Grady and Janie Davis Cook. She is survived by: her grandchild Dollywood; and her children, Ronnie Cook of Waynesville and Barbara Sorrells of Waynesville. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
