She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Goforth and Elendar Hensley; her husband Delano Thomas; and her grandson Timothy Gattis. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Goforth (Robert), Becky Gattis (Steve) and Miranda Lewis (Jody); her grandchildren, Britny Kloth (Joey), Damon Gattis (Kimmy), Samantha Shelton, Buddy Shelton, Shelton (Hannah) and Jessica Goforth; her siblings, Robert Goforth (Jean), Huston Goforth (Megan) and Fay Goforth; and her friends, Thomas Yoho and Ricky "Stickweed" Norton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
