He is survived by: his siblings, George Shook (Thelma) and Judy Shook Ball (Morris); his children, Melissa Shook Hensley (JR), Kellie Shook Wilson (Adam) and Sheena Shook; his grandchildren, Josh, Deryck, Dylan, Daryn, Kyle and Skylar; and his close friends, Franklin Norton and Binky Ogle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
