He is survived by: his wife Jill Tipton; his children, Sharon Moser (Jeff), Amy Scott (Scotty), Tara Jefferson (Rickey) and Kevin Rice (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Harrison, Andrew Moser, Lilly, Cooper Scott, Chelsey Jefferson, Caleb, Tessia, Karrigan, Maggie and DJ Rice; his siblings, Patsy Kuykendall, Judy Rigsby, Doug and Ronnie Tipton; and his aunt Maudie.
