It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Payne (Marshall, North Carolina), who passed away on August 28, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Buford and Betty Sams Marler; her husband Earlon Payne; and her brothers, Barry "Chick" Marler, James "Peanut" Marler and Jack Marler.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Holder, Carolynne Payne and James Holder (Crystal); her granddaughter Sarah Holder; and her siblings, Ruby Carol Marler, Pansy Morris, Joyce Ann Gibson and Johnny Bud Marlor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
