She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rector and Robbie Tipton Rector; her husband Burns C. Cook; her brother Charles Rector; and her half-brother Jackie Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Roberts (David); her sisters, Mary Ellen Roberts (Lloyd) and Phyllis Farmer; her nephew Brian Farmer; and her cousin Janie Randall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
