With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Sawyer of Marshall, North Carolina, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Moore and Elvie Waldroup Moore; her daughter Janice Marie Sawyer; her grandson Jody Roberts; and her siblings, Flossie, Betty Jo, Elsie Mae, June, Mary, Herman, Troy, Claude, Dick and Dee.
She is survived by: her husband George Charles Sawyer; her children, Brenda Roberts, Darrell (Tammy) and Michael (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Monica, Kevin, Dalton, Ashley, Julie, Martha, Daniel and Lindsey; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Aaron, Audrey, Allie, Shelby, Creed, Lily, Victoria and Eddie. She is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
