He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Toth Fields; his son Christopher Fields (Stacey); his grandchildren, Ashley (Abel), Jacob, David and Lydia; his great grandchildren, Stella and Nehemiah; his father-in-law Bill Toth; his brother-in-law Bill Toth; his adoptive son Woods; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine, Amy and Vicki.
