He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Justice and Florence Ledford Justice; and his wife Phyllis Angel Justice. He is survived by: his daughter Gayle Clark; his grandsons, Darrell Carter (Pat) and Kevin Carter (Gloria); and his great grandchildren, Levi Carter, Sarah Davis and April Riddle. He is also survived by seven great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great granddaughter; as well as several nieces and nephews.
