It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Franklin (Mars Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Garry Lee Franklin; and her daughter Sarah "Channa" Franklin Register. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Banks Prater; her son Bryan Christopher Franklin; her son-in-law Brad Register; her siblings, Lisa Franklin, Angela Beasley, Kimberly Edmonds and Dewey Franklin; and her grandchildren, Nigel Lopez, Alex, Maricella "Sissy" and Leland Valdez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
