Robbie Delora Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2023, Robbie Delora Carter (Mars Hill, North Carolina), born in Madison, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, D. W. Ramsey (Dock) and Octavia Willis Ramsey; her husbands, Vaughan Carter and Anderson; her son Robert Carter (Bob); her siblings, Oval Buckner, Zelda Ballard, Jimmy and Glen Ramsey; her son-in-law Max Lennon; and her stepgranddaughter Janice Brumley (Ken).
She is survived by: her children, Ray Carter (Gladys) and Ruth Lennon Rice (Larry); her grandchildren, David Carter (Kathy), Sybil Carter, Daniel Lennon (Emily), Robin Bylenga, Shannon Edge (Billy), Jolie Lockard and Amber Dyess (John); and her stepgrandson Kenny Anderson. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren, and seventeen great-great grandchildren.
