It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Carl Heider (Mars Hill, North Carolina), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Heider; his wife Sheryl Heider; his son Jerome Frank Heider; and his brother Robert Heider. He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur Heider, Donna Rowland, Denise Orzechowski and Greg Heider; and his stepsons, Kevin, Daniel and Matthew Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
