He is survived by: his wife Doris Gosnell Rice; his children, Debbie Ash (Jerry) and Larry Rice; his grandchildren, Scott Harwood, Amber Henderson (Ryan), Tanner Rathbone and Rachel Agren; and his sister Vergie Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
