With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Honley Dee Etherton (Mars Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard and Mary France Etherton; and his wife Alma Harkleroad Etherton. He is survived by: his son Dee Etherton (Anita); his adoptive son David Lawson (Dinelle); his sister Christine Harrison; his grandchildren, Meagan Burrell (Darren) and Drew Stafford (Destanee); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Evie, Lexi, James, Peyton, Nova, Kaitlyn, Kolby, Kase, Joey and Shea.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Salvation Army or Madison High School Football team.
