He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin Rector; his son Freddy Rector; and his siblings, Frank Rector, Blake Rector, Wilma Shelton and Faye Rector.
He is survived by: his parent Virgie Sprinkle Rector; his wife Brenda Smith Rector; his daughter Tammy Ball (Michael); his siblings, Lorraine Phillips, Blanche Chambers, Glada Shelton and Terrill Rector; and also, Cindy Hyatt (Mickey) and Kayla Rector. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
