He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleet Holden Nix, Sr. and Carolyn Goforth Nix; and his brother David Nix. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ramsey Nix; his children, Alexis Nix and Bradley Nix (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ella and Easton Nix; and his pets, Cooper, Zeke and Penny.
